The new museum at the American Italian Cultural Center When the Dingley Tariff of 1897 taxed importing pasta, Sicilians opened eleven pasta factories in the French Quarter. In the 1890s several Sicilian tombs were erected after organizations by Sicilian town were established. The museum displays a wall with over twenty places to visit.
